This place has gone drastically downhill in the past few years. The place is disgusting, shreds of foam cubes everywhere, half of the stuff is broken, trampolines had old gum stuck to them. For $18 an hour you’d think they’d take better care. My toddler couldn’t even play in the toddler area because it was filthy covered in tiny pieces of foam. We used to love coming here years ago but it’s so disappointing now! Driving to launch in Columbus from now on!

I used to love this place especially for birthday parties. We had our 5th one there yesterday. The kids still had fun. However, the place has gone downhill and was totally understaffed. I didn't see a single staff member patrolling the jumping area. There was a dangerous unrepaired swing. Our party was stuck running a register so we had to go hunt her every time we needed something. There was no one to help with the rock wall or the swing at the foam pit. I am hoping this was just a fluke but I'm guessing not the case.
